Your details, kept small
We only keep what we need to look after your appointments.
What we keep
When you book, we keep your name, your phone number, the services and times you choose, and any note you add for the studio.
If you message the studio on WhatsApp, we keep those messages and the time you last wrote, so we can reply about your bookings.
A small cookie keeps you signed in to My bookings after you open your link. It expires on its own.
Why we keep it
Only to run your appointments: to confirm, change or cancel a booking, send reminders, offer you a waitlist slot, and give you a receipt.
We do not sell your details, share them for advertising, or send marketing messages.
Who handles it
Anoushay Sadiq and the studio team can see your bookings. Our booking system is hosted on our own servers, and WhatsApp messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which handles them under WhatsApp's own terms.
Seeing or deleting your details
Message the studio on WhatsApp from the number you booked with and ask for a copy of your details, or for them to be deleted. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm on WhatsApp.
If you have an upcoming appointment, deleting your details cancels it.
